The role

I am looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a lovely mainstream secondary school based in the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham. The school require Teaching Assistant to work in their SEN department and encourage pupils to achieve the best that they can! The school have a great SENCO and a fantastic team in their inclusion provision who will be able to offer you great support! This is a brilliant opportunity for Teaching Assistants looking to utilise their skills and make a difference to the lives of young people. 

The ideal candidate

The ideal Teaching Assistant should be focused and determined to encourage pupils to reach their full potential. You should also be warm, friendly and able to form good relationships with children as well as having a genuine passion for the job. As a successful Teaching Assistant, you should be a positive role model for all and always be promoting good behaviour. The ideal Teaching Assistant will have a can-do attitude and always be looking for learning opportunities. You should be kind, empathetic and genuinely driven to improve the lives of others.
