We at Twenty4Seven Education are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Coventry.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in providing guidance, support, and intervention strategies to help students manage their behavior and thrive in the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Build positive relationships with students, providing mentorship and emotional support to help them develop self-confidence and resilience.

Implement behavior management strategies and interventions to support students with challenging behavior, addressing underlying issues and promoting positive alternatives.

Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to develop and implement individual behavior plans tailored to students' needs and circumstances.

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them develop social skills, emotional regulation techniques, and problem-solving strategies.

Monitor and record student behavior and progress, documenting observations and communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent support and intervention.

Organize and facilitate workshops, activities, and programs aimed at promoting positive behavior, conflict resolution, and personal development among students.
Requirements:

Relevant experience working with children or young people in a mentoring, coaching, or support role.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.

Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to supporting students with challenging behavior.

Knowledge of behavior management strategies and intervention techniques, with the ability to adapt approaches to meet individual needs.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
