 Start Date: September 2024

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? Do you have a graduate background and experience that can inspire the next generation? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Havering as a Learning Support Assistant!

Responsibilities:

- Provide tailored support to individual students or small groups to enhance their learning and development.

- Work collaboratively with teachers to implement educational plans.

- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

- Assist with the preparation of learning materials and the classroom environment.

- Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

- A graduate degree in a relevant field.

- Proven experience in a similar role within an educational setting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A proactive and compassionate approach to student support.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
