Job Specifics:

We are looking for tutors to conduct structured sessions aimed at supporting the holistic development of the student, who presents with a range of challenges including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The student enjoys learning with lots of resources and may exhibit varying moods, from being very flat to giggly, depending on their mood. They may also experience negative thoughts and low self-esteem, as well as anxiety around school environments.

Key areas of focus include:

- Social Communication: Supporting the student in improving their social communication skills.

- Academic Support: Providing assistance across various subjects, with a stronger emphasis on Maths.

- Emotional Well-being: Creating a supportive and calm environment to address the student's anxiety and promote positive self-esteem.

- Flexible Learning: Offering rest breaks as and when needed to ensure the student's well-being during sessions.

The ideal candidate will have a calm nature with a positive and fun approach, capable of adapting teaching strategies to meet the student's individual needs.

This position offers 15 hours per week, spread over 3 hours a day, providing ample time to make a meaningful impact on the student's progress and development.
