The Role: As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver engaging and interactive lessons that inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning in young students. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum, catering to the diverse learning needs of students.
  • Differentiated Instruction: Differentiate instruction to accommodate individual learning styles, abilities, and interests, ensuring all students can access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
  • Positive Learning Environment: Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where students feel valued, supported, and motivated to learn.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess students' progress and provide timely, constructive feedback to support their academic growth and development.
  • Parental Engagement: Establish positive partnerships with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and actively involving them in their child's education.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a passion for primary education and a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to innovate in teaching methods and approaches to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Effective classroom management skills, with the ability to maintain a positive and orderly learning environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and parents.
