The Role - Sports Coach
In this role as a Sports Coach, you will be working with secondary aged students with emotionally based school refusal tendencies. You will encourage them to engage through the means of various types of sport, getting their bodies moving and giving them something to feel a part of. You must have prior experience coaching sport to SEN children or adults.
The School - Sports Coach
Based in Croydon in Southwest London, this pupil referral unit provides temporary education to 40 secondary aged pupils. The PRU is rated 'Good' with Ofsted and can be easily reached via public transport.
