This role would be full time working with children that have behavioural challenges, so you must have good behavioural management. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs and disabilities.
• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
• Help create and adapt resources to meet the individual needs of students.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students with special educational needs and disabilities.
• Knowledge of various special educational needs and the ability to tailor support accordingly.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
• A positive and proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges.
• Ideally Team Teach trained.
