SEMH Teaching Assistants 

Location: Sheffield S25
Salary: £86 - £100 per day
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

GSL Education is seeking passionate SEMH Teaching Assistants to join a supportive team in Sheffield S25. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, making a meaningful impact on their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students with SEMH needs, both individually and in groups.
• Assist in implementing tailored interventions and behavior management strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning environment.
• Foster positive relationships with students to promote their social and emotional development.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with SEMH students is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different situations and work effectively as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS check on the update service is required.
