As an Apprenticeship Manager,  you will be at the forefront of their dynamic apprenticeship programmes, shaping the future of our workforce. From crafting innovative programme strategies to nurturing the growth of apprentices, your leadership will be instrumental in realising out clients vision of excellence. We're seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for fostering talent and a knack for building meaningful connections.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of developing and executing the apprenticeship programme, from sourcing and recruiting apprentices to providing comprehensive training and ongoing support
• Management of trainers and sales team
• Monitor progress and passionately advocate for the programme's success
• Collaborate with support teams to foster a conducive environment for learner success
• Perform thorough quality assurance tasks, such as internally moderating assessment practices, analysing evaluation data, and executing improvement strategies
• Coordinating with external entities to maintain compliance with assessment standards

Skills and Experience

• Strong knowledge and understanding of apprenticeship standards, operation and funding
• Prior experience working in the apprenticeship/work based learning sector
• Prior experience working in a senior level, managing a team of trainer, sales, or onboarding team.
• Robust grasp of quality standards, apprenticeship programmes, and operational processes
• Proficiency in both independent work and collaborative team environments
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for engaging with stakeholders and delivering information effectively
• Show evidence of leadership experience highlighting your ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals
