Pre school practitioner - SEN 1:1
We are looking for a Nursery Practitioner with expereince with Special educational needs, to work in our beautiful Nursery in Beaconsfield in the preschool room.
You will be supporting a SEN child in the preschool room and assisting in promoting the learning and personal development of the child, to enable them to make best use of the educational opportunities available to them. To support and assist the room leader in the preschool. You must have experience in working with children with special needs, particularly in the Early Years.
The nursery is a very special place where each child is encouraged to reach their full potential, in a happy, safe and stimulating environment. The nursery plan an exciting curriculum to not only inspire children but to teach them about the world near and far, drawing on their experiences and hopefully giving them new ones.
The Role:

To support children with special needs in early years.

Able to encourage learning and development, through play and teaching
-
Observe children's progress and keep records to share with parents and staff

Assist in management of children in a nursery setting
Requirements:
-
Relevant Level 3 or higher in Early years Childcare qualification (Ideal but NOT essential)

SEN qualfication/training (Ideal but not essential)

Experience with special needs/or as a 1:1/ SENCO/SEN TA.

Excellent communication skills.

Team player.

A love for inspiring young minds.
Hours: Full or Part time Hours - These are flexible for the right candidate. Ideally 3, 4 or 5 days per week - working 7.30-6.30.
Salary is dependent on hours, qualifications and experience.
