Then we have a role for you. Monarch Education is looking for a passionate and conscientious SEN Teaching Assistants who can provide a consistent quality of Teaching Support in the Hall Green area. You will be working with pupils with SEMH working alongside the classroom Teacher, with small group and on 1:1 basis. We are looking for candidates who have an enthusiastic approach to teaching and who are keen to support pupils to help develop their learning and to maintain a positive learning environment. As a Teaching assistant you will need to be able to adapt tasks due to student’s abilities, learning requirements and educational needs.
